Sharjah:
Cricketing fans will be treated to a feast of batting extravaganza when Mumbai
Indians will go head to head on Sunday evening at Sharjah. Today marks the
second day in which two IPL matches will be played. Kings XI Punjab will be clashing
with Chennai Super Kings later in the evening. As for the Mumbai Indians, they
wish to continue their winning after a comfortable win against KL Rahul led
Kings XI Punjab. Mumbai boasts several hard-hitting experienced batsmen such as
Rohit Sharma and Kieran Pollard. Sunrisers Hyderabad are no inferiors when it
comes to hard-hitting batsmen with the Australian veteran, David Warner, Jonny
Bairstow and Kane Williamson in their ranks. In the past, Sharjah treated the
fans with outstanding batting performances with the stadium smaller than its
counterparts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Sharjah will suit more than perfectly for
hard-hitters like David Warner and Rohit Sharma.
Sunrisers Hyderabad
weren’t able to manage a win in their first two matches of this year’s campaign
losing to Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders. But, Hyderabad
returned to their winning ways in the subsequent matches against Delhi Capitals
and Chennai Super Kings. The top order has been struggling in Sunrisers team but,
the middle-order filled with young talents came to rescue in their battle
against Chennai Super Kings. In the bowling department, the ever-reliable
Afghan, Rashid Khan has been dutiful in his part and will be looking forward to
lessen the run rate in his overs. Sharjah is all set to give out another
instant classic if the top orders of both teams decide to hit the ball out of the
stadium.
