continues today with a surely exciting match between Kolkata Knight Riders and
Sunrise Hyderabad. Previously, when both teams met, SRH holds the upper hand in
victories but KKR could potentially end up with a win in Abu Dhabi this
evening. SRH’s middle order collapsed spectacularly against RCB despite Jonny
Bairstow and Manish Pandey giving a solid start. SRH’s should be concerned
about their batting attack as they always did but a good start and a decent
outing for the middle order batsmen can surely get close to winning. After all,
KKR has not appeared outstanding in their game against Mumbai Indians and it is
up to SRH to cash KKR’S flaws in their favour.
Neither of
the two teams registered points in these year’s IPL and it would be a huge
boost of confidence for the players in their campaign. SRH or KKR will be
rather happy if the match didn’t extend to super-over which will further exhaust
the players both physically and mentally. It could have an overall albeit a
minor impact in the coming matches.
