In a spectacular meltdown, SRH lost to RCH at Dubai International Stadium. In a match wrought with freak moments, RCB kept their cool and in the end, earned an excellent result. In the first innings, South African and RCB veteran, Ab de Villiers and debutant Devdutt Padikkal helped the Bengaluru team to post a competitive score of 163/5

SRH was off to a shaky start in the second innings when captain David Warner was out when the ball came off Bairstow’s bat and straight down the pitch toppling the wickets after clipping Umesh Yadav’s fingers. Warner was off the line.

SRH looked to be the sure victors with Jonny Bairstow settled in with utmost calm and went on to score 61 runs off 43 balls. SRH had freaky last overs with Chahal triggering the landslide where SRH lost their remaining wickets in 31 runs.
