It’s the 11th
match in this year’s IPL, Delhi Capitals will face the winless Sunrisers
Hyderabad. Delhi is sitting comfortably at the top of points table winning
their first two fixtures against the formidable Chennai Super Kings and Kings
XI Punjab. SRH has yet to win in this year’s edition. The batting trio of skipper
David Warner, Manish Pandey and Jonny Bairstow collectively still look to be in
works. The spectacular batting collapse in their match against Royal
Challengers Bangalore will undoubtedly serve as a warning for Hyderabad to bat
more cautiously and at the same time retain a high strike rate in crucial
overs.
Delhi
Capitals teams as a collective unit is playing a fantastic cricket with bowlers
dishing out brave performances. Prithvi Shaw scored a fantastic half-century
against Chennai Super Kings and if he can continue that momentum, Delhi team could
post more than a decent score if they play first innings or in the event of
chasing a substantial score if the top order of SRH shines.
